Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. 

We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us to request a return authorization.

2. Ship the item back to us.*  

3. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return under any conditions:

• Items that have been used or damaged

• Items that are not in their original packaging

• Items that are sold as-is

• Custom made items.

Exchanges may be offered in lieu of a return if an item is deemed faulty or damaged upon receipt.  

Refunds are not available for incorrect shipping information linked to the transaction. Please double check the shipping and billing addresses prior to purchase.

Exchanges and returns are not offered for complicated care or application processes.  Specific care instructions are included with all initial purchases, so be sure to check these before washing, ironing, or using the products.

*The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges may only be refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.  The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
