Yes, proofs are sent for approval and adjustments can be made as needed at no additional charge. You will be notified with a rendered proof via email within 24/48 hours from purchase.

Bulk discounts start at 500+ labels, and can be found in 'repeat orders' listing.  It is strongly advised that first time custom orders be made in smaller quantities since returns and refunds are not available for custom items.

Please understand that prices are created to be as cost effective as possible while also offering the best possible price for customers. Prices are NOT NEGOTIABLE, and some bulk or wholesale discounts can and may be excluded from sales, coupons and other discounts.

Yes, feel free to order from any of the current listings and someone will contact you via email for logo.  Please note that unless otherwise arranged, labels are printed within 2²" (i.e. 1"x2"), and some fine lines or excessively small or light colored details or text may not have perfect or ideal definition. Therefore, the designer retains the rights to alter or adjust images, colors, layouts, fonts and logos to amplify their printing quality, and will notify you if changes are made or need to be made, especially regarding fine lines, complex fonts or images and pale or neon colors.

Digital images of 300 dpi or more are preferred in a CMYK spectrum. Ideal legibility for text printed on fabric is 8pts or higher. Logos can be submitted as ai, eps, jpeg, png, pdf, or svg.

Current label listings are priced to be within 2²" (ex... 2" wide x 1” tall). Unless otherwise arranged, labels will automatically be sized accordingly.

If you need a specific size at or less than 2²", let us know during purchase, or email via the CONTACT FORM. 

The maximum size is 4²” (ex, 2" wide x 2" tall), but special arrangements must be made as additional charges or reduced quantities will apply. Additional sizing info can be found HERE. Please contact us prior to purchase for pricing details.

Yes, all iron-on labels come with detailed instructions for application. 

There can be a bit of a learning curve, so if you need further assistance, feel free to contact us, so that we can assist you. Additionally, you can find a video tutorial and extra tips HERE.

Yes, cotton labels are printed with a dye based textile printer and are color and light fast.

However for best results, it is suggested to wash and dry with low-cool temperatures and gentle detergents. 

Satin and polyester labels are processed via sublimation, and are color and light fast. 

Satin labels can take a wider range of wash/dry settings and stain removers.  

Yes, the labels are specially processed with fray resistant edges. While some cotton and satin edges are technically raw, they will soften over time, but will not fray. 

Any ribbon or twill labels will come pre-cut with heat sealed edges. These edges will soften over time, but will not fray.

All cotton labels whether sew-on or iron-on use an iron adhesive backing. The backing aids in the printing and cutting process and can be used to hold the label in place for sewing instead of pinning for a more professional look.

In some instances for some satin fabrics only, you can request non adhesive interfacing.

Yes, unless otherwise arranged, labels come pre-cut and ready to use immediately. Requests for uncut label sheets or spools may be denied.

Yes, we will gladly help set up a custom design included in your purchase price. Please contact via the link below, or leave any details during checkout and we can work on the design and layout together. 

It is not necessary to purchase the logo or design, but if you would like to keep the design for additional commercial use, rights and files can be released at an additional cost. Please contact us about current rates.
